Happy Friday, and welcome to another roundup of the week’s news about the judiciary. Last week, I wrote about 13 federal judges who announced a boycott of clerkship hiring from Columbia University due to the school’s handling of pro-Palestine protests–a move that has elicited pushback from others on the bench. Plus, a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois recently spoke about his experience as the first Asian American on the court and as a young judge.
